Superstorm Sandy isn't stopping homebuyers

A turning point in the Civil Rights movement came 50 years ago when the Ku Klux Klan bombed a black Baptist Church in Birmingham, Ala. -- killing four girls. Governor Chris Christie cut a symbolic ribbon to officially open the beach season in New Jersey after the area suffered massive damage from superstorm Sandy. He said that around 80 percent of the beaches have been restored. Michelle Miller reports.

Chief forecaster David Andra for the National Weather Service in Norman, Okla., was tracking the storm as it approached Moore, Okla. -- where his daughter's family lives. Andra sent the warning for people to get to shelter. Mark Strassman shares his story.

Michael Adebowale, a 22-year-old Nigerian-born naturalized British citizen, was identified as the second suspect in the hacking death of a British soldier in a London street.

Similar to the Boston Marathon bombings, the two London terror suspects were on a U.K. government watch list. But investigators said there was no way to predict they would commit a crime. Bob Orr reports on how the watch list system maybe be getting overwhelmed..
