Someone hated the victim, knew his schedule, and waited for him. The killer took the keys and watch because he knew his blood was on those. Why no one checked the car, shoe prints, and clothes of those who worked there and left, had time to change clothes and shoes and clean up the car...?

When I saw the original episode on this case, I was extremely outraged. In fact, I was so outraged that I did a Google search on this case, came across the webpage that Ryan's father created, and donated money to Ryan's legal defense fund. How - HOW - can this judge have been SO blind to the evidence in front of him. I can only assume that he is doing the former prosecutor (now also a judge) a favor by not overturning a ruling that was orignially argued by this former prosecutor. Ryan has been railroaded by the justice system again and again. I really feel that the people of Missouri should mount a recall of this judge that denied Ryan's appeal. I hope that Ryan's attorney finally wins an appeal on his conviction. God knows it is WAY past due.

I truly believe that Ryan is innocent. I have been watching his story since 48hrs 1st broadcasted it. I never thought I would say this, but I would rather see a guilty man set free than an innocent man like Ryan put in prison for a crime he did not do. This case needs true justice to help Ryan be released from prison. God speed that he is soon released

I just realized something not only is there one injustice in putting Ryan behind bars but there are three injustices being committed here the other guy being innocent and the man who died his family not really getting justice they are due, the real killer is probably watching this very sight and laughing. If you are and you see this comment come forward coward and do what's right so both these men can life the rest of their lives in freedom and you can take the punishment you deserve.

I cannot believe a judge would allow this man to stay in prison and to wait 6 months before telling him so. It is amazing that they allow inmates to testify and get a plea for doing so, they are criminals you expect them to tell the truth?? It sickens me and worries me that someone I know and love will end up in a situation like this. I can imagine he is out of his mind with frustration knowing you didn't commit the crime and they will not believe you. Cruel just cruel this world can be a cruel place.

This young man is INNOCENT. I hope his father finds the strength to keep fighting for him. Shame on the man who wrongfully identified him at being at the murder scene. How does he sleep at night??

Still shaking my head over this one. I still can't make up my mind as to whether the cop, former D.A., and judge are all dirty or all truly that incompetent. It's deeply frightening to see people like this are part of the legal system.
