Correspondent Erin Moriarty visits Ryan Ferguson at the Jefferson City Correctional Center, in Missouri. It's her fourth interview with the man who is serving a 40-year sentence for a murder he says he did not commit.

That judge should be prosecuted for his part in this. He is accountable to the state to make sure the evidence fits the crime and the testimony is acceptable. Is he not??
