Why can all people who find Ryan Ferguson innocent file a petition. I do not know any law but even in my simple way, I can just see clearly that Ryan is innocent so why cant the judge admit that and suffer the consequence of sending Ryan to Jail for all this time while it is clear he is innocent.

Hey Find the petition that his father created in Change.org to grant Ryan Ferguson a new trial. It feels great to be able to actually do something to help.

DAs and Judges don't care who goes down for the crime as long as they can use the crime to become re-elected.. the DAs have too much power and the reason why this is because the masses allow them to. The DAs also control how much info is distributed to the jurors and the masses. For heavens sake people ask questions and do you own investigation!

Our family knew Ryan and Eric. They both went to school with my son Ryan. They were railroaded by a police department and prosecutor that would have done anything to "solve" the crime of the century. From spoon feeding a mixed up mentally ill drug addict, Eric, to lie about Ryan. There wasn't a shred of physical evidence to place them at the scene. The prosecutor now a judge, should go to jail for misconduct. Of course that will never happen.,,,

I am happy to see CBS take up the cause in this gross miscarriage of justice.

Couldn't help but notice you're little advertisement BEFORE the advertisement. But let's hope, with all revenue generation aside, that your programme helps end this injustice.

Can 48 Hours help Ryan get his life back? Can't come soon enough. What an injustice.
