VA doctor, who spoke out against staff shortages, claims she was punished

The Veterans Affairs Department announced its on track with the hiring of 1,600 mental health clinicians to meet the growing demand. That directive was issued after a VA PTSD doctor testified before Congress about the VA's staff shortages, but as Elaine Quijano reports, that same doctor says she was retaliated against for speaking out.
