Reid: I will apologize to Hagel for the delay

After Senate Republicans successfully delayed Defense Secretary nominee Chuck Hagel's nomination on Thursday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said it was the first time in American history that a Defense Secretary nomination has been filibustered and that he would call Hagel to apologize.
