Sens. Durbin, Cruz disagree on gun violence prevention

During a hearing on gun violence today, Sen. Richard Durbin, D-Ill., asked people whose lives had been affected by gun violence to stand, and many in the room rose from their seats; Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Tex., said that such acts of violence could be better prevented with fewer restrictions on gun ownership.
