Amb. Rice condemns North Korean nuclear test, vows U.N. action

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice strongly condemned the North Korean nuclear test today, saying "the U.N. Security Council must and will deliver a swift, credible, and strong response" to contain the threat posed by the rogue regime.
