- eddy: the CSI effect is in full force with you. there is plenty of evidence that the jury got it right. The opportunity, means, and motive are all there, but that wasn't all. Eric didn't do "stupid" things. He is not mentally deficient. He is a thief, and writing himself a check and a threatening note sent him to jail. His explanation that he "always wrote checks" is false and was proven false. Liar, thief, and murderer. You would have also voted to aquit Casey Anthony?

- There is more to the murder. I have not seen anywhere in the story where the sister was asked her where about at the time of the murder. Let the investigator look closely. Yes, Eric has done a lot of stupid things which points fingers to him being the murderer. I will suggests that the brother in-law as well as his sister be investigated thoroughly before he rots in jail for a crime he did not do.Thank you.
