I think the evidence against the defendant was quite strong and would have voted to convict him. He convicted himself with his own lies and only admitted the lies when he realized the authorities knew the truth. Day trading isn't a job it's gambling in a suit and tie. The mother would not have died facing away from her killer if he was a stranger. This man should come clean to his family so they can move on with their lives. The fact that they are suing for proceeds from the deceased estates makes my stomach turn. The smart thing for them to do was to throw themselves on the mercy of the poor sister after she got the money. I hope she leaves them without a penny.

BARNEY PHYFE -
Where is the DNA? THERE IS NONE, NONE FOUND MATCHING ERIC'S
Where are the footprints? THERE IS NONE, NONE FOUND MATCHING ERIC'S
Where are the hair fibers from the killer? THERE IS NONE, NONE FOUND MATCHING ERIC'S
Who's fingerprints are on the door that was found open in the gargage when Eric arrived? NONE FOUND, MATCHING ERIC'S
Where is the weapon? THERE IS NONE, NONE FOUND REGISTERED TO ERIC KOULA
Shopko records all purchases by register via camera, who was at the register at 6:15pm? ERIC PURCHASED A OUTDOOR PLANT FOR HIS WIFE IN THE GARDEN CENTER, THE OUTDOOR CAMERA WILL REVEIL NOTHING, THE REGISTERS ARE UNDER A TENT.
Merna's last keystroke on the computer was 5:41pm, Dennis was shot at approximately 6:00pm when he entered the house from the garage? HOW DOES ERIC GET FROM WEST SALEM TO THE SHOPKO WITHIN 15 MINUTES, PARK HIS VEHICLE, PICK PUT A PLANT AND PAY FOR IT?
People think....he was quilty of 2 lies, forging a check and putting a note in his mailbox..
CHECK THE SISTER!!!!

I think it is HORRIBLE....that a jury would convict a person without a smoking gun and only curcumstantial evidence. How about those jurors put themselves in his shoes... How do these jurors sleep at night??? I pray I'm never in a situation that puts my life in the hands of jury with littel to NO evidence.

He probably did it but there wasn't enough evidence like DNA to convict. Just because he's a liar, moocher & used his dad for years as an ATM doesn't mean he killed his parents. He shouldn't have been convicted but he made himself look like a low life to the jury by signing his father's name to the check & embezzling money from his dad. He wasn't believable therefore they convicted. He can always appeal.

All that is missing from this interview is the words Hey Dhere. Terrible reasons to send a man to jail for life. This jury is an absolute joke. He was guilty just because he was the defendant . This guy needs a new trial. No smoking gun? No conviction.

I BELIEVE THE THRESHOLD TO FIND A PERSON GUILTY IS = BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT! After viewing this video, and the weak circumstantial evidence presented by the DA, ( even though the person may be guilty )i as an juror could not vote in favor of a GUILTY VERDICT!! Maybe the jurors in this case were given more information then was presented in the video, regardless this trial/verdict leaves a very bad image of the judicial system!! It needs to be investigated in more depth to insure JUSTICE HAS MET THE THRESHOLD OF = GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT!! thank you.
