- Just as his sister said Eric was using his parents as his personal ATM. When the ATM shut him off he decided he could own the ATM. Shame that a couple who worked so hard all their life and made a lot of money died for it at the hand of their son! His defense attorney said " a person would have to be dumb to kill his parents and deposit this $50k check. Well Mr. defense attorney he did just that so You confirmed your own dumb statement.
