In the Senate Select Intelligence Committee hearing to confirm John Brennan as CIA director, Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., ribbed Brennan for being on his fourth glass of water. "I don't want to be accused of waterboarding you," he said, winning approval from committee chair Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., who deemed the crack "a good one."
