Brennan: Drones only used as "last resort"

CIA Director nominee John Brennan defended the administration's controversial counterterrorism drone program, saying that despite a "misimpression" to the contrary, the administration has only used drones as a "last resort to save lives," and that it has been "very disciplined, very judicious" in employing the technique.
