Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., asked Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta whether administration officials kept sufficiently abreast of the evolving situation in Benghazi, Libya, before, during, and after the September 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate there.
