The case demands a retrial - I firmly believe in Eric's innocence!

He lied about the forged check, then lied about the phony note and lastly he claims he was somewhere shopping but not on video at the time of the murder? That $50k check was enough to carry him to the life insurance payoff.

I don't think the case should be dropped because Eric is doing time, I think more evidence needs to be looked into before putting someone away for life. If their was more evidence like dna, then I was say yes hes guilty, but sometimes its looked at as black and white, ok some says hes guilty, hes the only one in court, so lets find him guilty without any real evidence.

I think it needs to be investigated more. I neighbor the banker said he was receiving threats, and it also said in the store if you go to look at the bankers house, it shows the Couple that got killed, their is no dna that the son did it, you cant put someone away for signing a check or writing a note and putting it in the mailbox, I think their is no one else that it can be pinned to so the son got the blame. What if it is someone else that killed them, Has it been looked into and investigated more or is it just dropped because they think it was the son?
