Lawmakers have "tied their hands" on Post Office action, Boehner says

Responding to the U.S. Postal Service's announcement today that it is ending most Saturday deliveries due to financial constraints, House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, acknowledged Congress is "charged with running the Post Office" and said he hopes "we'll act soon," but added lawmakers have "tied their hands every which way in order for the to actually run the Post Office in a revenue-neutral way."
