House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, told reporters today he's "had enough" watching Democrats in Congress "kick the can down the road," and called on President Obama to offer a long-term plan to replace the potentially devastating sequester cuts set to trigger in March, which Boehner said he believes are "taking a meat axe to our government."
