DOJ suing S&P ratings for fraud

The U.S. Justice Department says it is suing Standard and Poors' ratings service, accusing it of massive fraud that helped fuel the 2008 financial meltdown. As Anthony Mason reports, the civil suit comes after a three-year investigation.
