GOP leader endorses Dream Act principles

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., in a speech to the American Enterprise Institute today endorsed the basic principles of the "Dream Act" - legislation that would create a pathway to citizenship for certain undocumented youth - offering specifics for the GOP's renewed interest in pushing bipartisan immigration reform.
