When the levees broke after Hurricane Katrina, thousands of people were trapped in the New Orleans Superdome with no electricity and little food and water. One of the people brought in to turn the situation around was Army Lieutenant General Russel Honore. Scott Pelley sat down with him to reflect on those days.
