French forces have retaken Timbuktu, the legendary center of culture and learning in the African nation of Mali, from Islamic militants. And as Elizabeth Palmer reports, the people of Timbuktu, now feeling safe again, want the French army to stay; And, with the Katrina in the city's rearview mirror, New Orleans is now the fastest growing city in America. And, as Jim Axelrod reports, hosting Super Bowl XLVII is like a coming out party for a city reborn.
