Timbuktu celebrates end of Islamic militant rule

French forces have retaken Timbuktu, the legendary center of culture and learning in the African nation of Mali, from Islamic militants. And as Elizabeth Palmer reports, the people of Timbuktu, now feeling safe again, want the French army to stay.
