Biden raises possibility of direct talks with Iran

At a security conference in Munich, Germany, Vice President Biden said the U.S. will hold direct talks with Iran on its nuclear program when Iranian leadership gets "serious," adding that the U.S. will not engage in talks "just for the exercise."
