NASA records large solar eruption

Telescopes from NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured video of two large solar flares erupting off of the sun, one of which was the largest of the year.

18 year old Eesha Kha-RAY from Saratoga, Calif., is one of the best young scientists in the world. She received the Young Scientist Award for her research in chemistry. Eesha: "My project, I developed a new supercapacitor, which is basically an energy storage device which can hold a lot of energy in a small amount of volume." Sharon Chin reports.
