Watch: DUI suspect inhales balloon before arrest

Authorities arrested a DUI suspect who led them on a pursuit along Cantaloupe Avenue in Panorama City, Calif. The man was arrested after a brief standoff during which he sat in the driver's seat and inhaled some type of gas from balloons that he refilled from a tank.
