Disco clam could unlock technological mysteries

Berkeley University researcher Lindsey Dougherty is trying to understand how a little-known species of clam reflects light so efficiently. Scientists say that unlocking the flashy secrets of the so-called 'disco clam' could lead to new reflective technologies.
