Schumer: "This will be the year" Congress passes immigration reform

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., today said the Senate is planning to pass a bipartisan immigration bill "by late spring or early summer," giving the House "ample time" to take up the legislation and get it "across the finish line" by 2013.
