Carney: GDP report not "good news"

Asked by CBS News Senior White House Correspondent Major Garrett whether the GDP report out today showing the U.S. economy shrank by 0.1 percent in the fourth quarter of 2012 is good news or bad news, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said, "I don't think any time you see a reduction in economic growth that it's good news."
