BlackBerry hopes for big comeback with new smartphone

Stocks opened lower after the Commerce Department reported the U.S. economy unexpectedly shrank during the fourth quarter of last year. Also, Toyota announces a pair of recalls involving more than one million vehicles. Finally, Research in Motion unveils BlackBerry 10 -- its first new smartphone in a year and a half.
