Sen. Sessions blasts decline in federal gun prosecutions

At a Senate hearing today, Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., criticized the decline in federal prosecution of gun crimes, drawing a clarification from Baltimore County police chief James Johnson, who argued that statistics showing a decline do not take into account local prosecutions.
