"We finally struck back" against Sandy, N.Y. senator says

Following the Senate's passage tonight of a $50.5 billion package for superstorm Sandy relief, Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., during a press conference with his fellow senators from New York and New Jersey, said "Ninety-one days ago, Sandy struck a body blow against New York state and New Jersey. And today, we finally struck back."
