During a confirmation hearing for Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., to succeed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., got into a heated exchange with Kerry over Clinton and her testimony on the 9/11 attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
