North Korea planning third nuclear rocket test

North Korea warns it is going through with a third nuclear test despite threats of punishment from the United Nations. North Korea has always maintained its rocket launches are to send satellites into space, but this time, leaders say the rockets also have a military purpose to strike the U.S. Krista Erickson reports.
