1/23: Lifting ban on women in combat; retiring research chimps

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has decided to lift the decades-old ban on women in ground combat units. David Martin reports on what female soldiers will be able to do, and what still stands in their way; And, a group advising the National Institutes of Health on the use of chimpanzees for research is recommending that the majority of chimpanzees owned by the government should be retired and sent to sanctuaries.
