Carney demurs on Clinton vs. Biden 2016

White House press secretary Jay Carney was asked today who would have the upper hand in a 2016 Democratic presidential primary race between Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden. Carney demurred, joking that "for the sake and sanity of all involved, it's worth taking a bit of a break from presidential election year politics."
