Sen. Paul to Clinton: I'd have fired you over Benghazi

At a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing today, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., told Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that "Had I been president at the time" of the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, "I would have relieved you of your post" over what he called an "inexcusable" oversight in the State Department's security procedures prior to the attack.
