Clinton: "I take responsibility" for Benghazi

At a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing today, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said "I take responsibility" for the U.S. response to the September 11 attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, adding, "Nobody is more committed to getting this right; I am determined to leave the State Department and our country safer, stronger, and more secure."
