Rahm Emanuel: Newtown an "inflection point" for gun debate

Chicago mayor and former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel told the U.S. Conference of Mayors today that the massacre in Newtown, Conn. must be seen as an "inflection point" in our fight to reduce gun violence, compelling policymakers to take steps to better protect children and other citizens.
