Carney explains Obama's new license plate

The presidential limo now bears a DC license plate that reads "taxation without representation," and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said today that the new plate "demonstrates the president's commitment to the principle of full representation of the District of Columbia and his willingness to fight for voting rights, home rule and budget autonomy for the District."
