Chef, cookbook author and restaurateur Lidia Bastianich fled communism in Italy and immigrated to America in 1958. She opened her first restaurant in 1971. Today, she has 7 restaurants, has written 8 cookbooks and starred in several TV series. She speaks with Rebecca Jarvis.
