i do think he did it....BUT dont think they really had enough evidence to convict him. why would he lie about the planting of tree's? It's not like you forgot what you did earlier that same day.

Ok, so if you found your loved one bloody on the floor in your home. It's during the day and you're a big strong male and you run the other way and dial 911. My husband would be on the ground all over me seeing if I was ok, he would not run away. What man runs away ? Something does not sound right. I don't think the son did it. Those are healed blisters days old. Something does not sound right here.

I do have one thing to add ...Mz. Ginell is quite adept at getting what she wants. When she broke up with me she told me her love was tainted?? Not sure what that means, but the breakup happened right after the end of the trial and I was never told why she was breaking up with me. Right now I am stunned and have no idea what the hell happened.

I'm not sure what to think I was dating Mz. Ginell for over a year from October of 2011 till February of 2013 ....and she never told me any of this , I had to find out by running a Google of her on the internet just yesterday. I think she is with Bernie Pyne again.

What struck me was the fact that a 21 year old man stayed living with his parents to protect his little sister. What 21 year old man does that if not for some SERIOUS issues in that household??? I think the mother was probably much worse than they portrayed in this episode. It's not an excuse, but it explains why he may have snapped.

Do I think Jeffrey did it? More than likely. Did they have enough evidence to convict him? No. Thats why the prosecution came up with Murder 2. His defense attorney was incompetent. So much potential gone! This is such a sad and depressing episode. :(

this poor kid. this dad is a complete control freak. every bit of every interview with the Dad is creepy. He is so obsessed with having the story he wants that the truth has completely eluded him. I feel so bad for the son. crazy mom, control freak dad. of course he was perfect. he had to be. then on day he LOST IT. and instead of being allowed to say so, Dad controls that story too. and now he sits in jail while dad continues to be in complete, creepy, control freak denial. man life sucks. That kid and all his emotional baggage and f**d up issues leading to snapping like this... so much of that his a product of the environment. creepy.

Sister is clueless, fat ex g/f is mad she got cheated on (probably can't figure out why when it's pretty obvious) so she just wants to have her day in court to get back at him and sounds like attention seeking, and two cops just got tunnel vision. The hand injuries look like blisters and are absolutely not injuries from homicide. Jeffrey cheated on her, she can't handle it and is absolutely a bitter, angry ex.

He looks like a highly subdued, low key kind of person, like they said "even" - and the idea of him just losing it is bs...there would've been evidence.

Another pathetic case of wrongful conviction. Detectives got it wrong, got tunnel vision and disregard everything but their rush to judgment.
