But I can't understand why the prosecution was granted the motion to give the jury an option to find Jeffrey guilty of second degree murder, especially since the defense was against it. Help me, legal people. Isn't this a motion that is normally dealt with prior to trial? The defense should have had as much to say about the potential penalty as the prosecution once the trial started.; Reply to this comment

My husband would be on the ground all over me seeing if I was ok, he would not run away. What man runs away ? Something does not sound right. I don't think the son did it. by brewback April 4, 2013 6:40 AM EDT: I do have one thing to add ...Mz. Ginell is quite adept at getting what she wants. When she broke up with me she told me her love was tainted?? Not sure what that means, but the breakup happened right after the end of the trial and I was never told why she was breaking up with me. Ginell for over a year from October of 2011 till February of 2013 ....and she never told me any of this , I had to find out by running a Google of her on the internet just yesterday.
