Obama describes changing U.S. role in Afghanistan

At a joint press conference with Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Friday, President Obama described America's changing role in Afghanistan, saying U.S. troops will be shifting from a leading combat role to a support role as we approach the 2014 withdrawal date.
