To all free divers, try singing the tune "Head and shoulders knees and toes" but replace the words with nose plugs, goggles, signs, and words" (or which ever order is correct). But, do it regularly BEFORE you dive. So your subconscious mind will know it, even if your "conscious" brain does not.

so stoked our sport is going to be getting some recognition! hopefully this sparks interest in many new divers to our amazing sport!

Interesting phenomena that the body loses buoyancy at 70 feet and sinks on it's on. Of course this means that on the trip back up they have to go against gravity for a large part of the time. Interesting.
