Boston declared a public health emergency after confirmed cases of the flu reached 700 - there were just 70 at this time last year. Dr. Jon LaPook reports on what's behind the surge and what's being done to stop it; And, White House officials tell CBS News that President Obama is likely to unveil new ideas to reduce gun violence next week.
