Congress has already PASSED the bills that require the borrowing. If they didn't want to raise the debt ceiling, they shouldn't have passed the legislation they passed!

What crap. Did it not occur to her that maybe balancing the Federal budget would stimulate the economy and strengthen the dollar? Its idiots like her that get 16 trillion dollar debts to start with.
