Small drop seen in cancer death rates

The annual "Report to the Nation on the Status of Cancer" shows that overall death rates declined 1.5 percent a year between 2000 and 2009. Dr. Jon LaPook reports the war on cancer has not gone nearly as well as the fight against other illnesses.
