Unemployment rate remains flat

Stocks opened flat as the the unemployment rate remained unchanged at 7.8 percent, Transocean has agreed to pay the federal government $1.4 billion for its role in the nation's worst offshore oil spill, and the Nook boosted the 4th quarter sales for Barnes & Noble. Ashley Morrison reports.
