Jobs report: Unemployment stays at 7.8 percent

The Labor Department released the final jobs report of 2012 and despite the economy adding 155,000 jobs, the unemployment rate remained at 7.8 percent. CBS News business and economics correspondent Rebecca Jarvis explains the numbers.
