Credit rating agencies urge Congress to shrink federal deficit

Two of the nation's largest credit rating services are urging Congress to shrink the federal deficit, Al-Jazeera plans to buy the cable channel "Current-TV," and Starbucks will begin offering customers reusable plastic cups for $1. Ashley Morrison reports.

This deal in many ways was a can kicker, there is so much more to go. There is still a massive debt to wrestle with, health care worries and so it goes.
