Report: Being slightly overweight lowers risk of early death

A report in the Journal of the American Medical Association says obesity increases the risk of an early death by 18 percent -- but being slightly overweight lowers the risk by 6 percent. Dr. Jon LaPook spoke with Anthony Mason on how the location of the body fat can make a difference.
